Mrs. Jeffery is the Dance Instructor at Rosemont Primary in Dallas ISD. She has been a teacher with DISD for the past eleven years. This is Mrs. Jeffery's second year to teach at Rosemont Primary. She previously worked at George W. Carver Creative Arts Learning Center and Pearl C. Anderson Learning Center as a dance instructor and Dance Ensemble company director and choreographer. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Dance from Stephen F. Austin State University. For her work with students in DISD Mrs. Jeffery has been nominated for Teacher of the Year by DAPHERED, won several Excellence in Teaching awards and was honored at The Ninth Annual South Dallas Dance Festival for her work with the Pearl C. Anderson Dance Ensemble. She has also severed as a curriculum writer for DISD and Big Thought, specializing in Arts Integration curriculum. Rebecca credits with Soul Rep Theatre include Sound and Set design for Freedmans, 8th New Play Festival, Hostile Holiday, and The Shine Plays.

Guinea Bennett Price is a Dallas born Actress, Director, Playwright and Theatre Educator.  She holds a BFA in Theatre from Howard University in Washington D.C.  She is a co-founder and Artistic director of Soul Rep Theatre Company where her acting and directing credits include Black Nativity, Her Stories, Spunk, In the Blood,  for colored girls…, Once on This Island and Dreamgirls. Guinea had the pleasure of directing Most Valuable Player and Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry at the Dallas Children’s Theater and the honor of portraying Calpurnia in To Kill a Mockingbird, Mrs. Slocum in Best Christmas Pageant Everand the title role in  Senora Tortuga.  Mrs. Price taught at the Wilmer Hutchins Performing Arts High School, Greiner Middle School and as a Teaching Artist for Junior Players Inc for over 15 years before joining the staff here at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts as the Voice and Diction Teacher.  Setting a standard of excellence in children's theatre is an honor and a privilege.
